What did you learn this week? This week, I learned about the different dimensions and framework for the NGSS, along with the disciplinary core ideas. I learned how to read and understand the different tiers for each grade level on the NGSS. I also learned about the eight core characteristics for living things. These are cellular composition, genetics and heredity, maintains homeostasis, growth and change, movement, responds to stimuli, metabolism, and reproduction. The posters that we made has made me better visualize and understand these eight characteristics, as I haven't talked or learned about these in a long time.
